Should have a professional look typical of a 1950s music producer. Must be able to portray a mix of business acumen and genuine care for Ella’s well-being. Ability to convincingly handle scenes involving negotiation and management.A confident, business-minded individual with a deep understanding and appreciation for jazz. He is both a mentor and a friend to Ella Fitzgerald, with a mixture of care and tough love in his interactions with her. Dapper, character Actor with a strong screen presence who can portray the dual roles of a supportive friend and a shrewd manager. Experience in period pieces or biopics is a plus. Each man confronts the pressures and unspoken struggles they face, revealing how silence perpetuates mental health challenges across generations. Through their shared stories, the PSA emphasizes the power of vulnerability and breaking cycles of stigma, encouraging open dialogue and healing.
